Important Texas Cup Info
Friday:
Weigh In begins at 10am in the Warm Up Room.
Saturday:
Doors open at 7am.
Mandatory Rules meeting at 9am in the Warm Up Room.
The National Anthem will be at 9:45am in the lifting room.
Lifting begins PROMPTLY at 10am.
*Please note-due to the unexpected large response, we will have NO BREAKS in between flights, or events. After the last lifter in each flight, the bar will then be loaded for the first lifter in the following flight. For lifter purposes, there will be a time clock running. *More info for you at weigh in.*
The Civic Center has strict rules on food and beverage-we have paid a fee for lifters/spectators to bring their own but, we are not allowed to provide/sell any food or beverage at the meet.

How late will weigh-in be available? How long will someone be there? Just wanted to make sure we made it to town in time. Thanks!

Maebeth, The weigh ins are Friday 10am-1pm and 5pm-8pm. If you come between 1 and 5, just call me. I may be there. If not, I will be close. We will be leaving around 8pm though.

When will the tx cup results be up?

I have already submitted the results to World Powerlifting Congress, powerlifting watch, and powerlifting usa magazine. They should be posted soon. All APF meet results are posted on the World Powerlifting Congress website. Thank you.

The results are still not up on the website, and plwatch said they haven’t received them.

I sent them at the same time that i sent the results to wpc and powerlifting usa magazine. WPC just posted them today. I will resend to plwatch. Thanks!
